- What this is. The 100 Point Cyber Check is a free, high-level self-assessment. It gives an indicative view of your cyber security posture based only on the answers you provide. It is not a security audit, penetration test, certification, or professional advice, and using it does not create a consulting or advisory relationship.
- No reliance. Your results are general in nature and may not reflect your actual security position. You should not rely on them as a complete or definitive assessment of your cyber risk, and you remain responsible for your own security decisions. We recommend obtaining tailored professional advice before acting on them.
- Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyberstronomy and its personnel exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or cost (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, this tool or its results. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
- How your responses are handled. Your answers and score are calculated in your browser. They are not stored in a database. If you choose to submit the contact form, your name, email, organisation, concern, and score summary are emailed to Cyberstronomy so we can follow up. We do not sell your information.
- Contact details are optional. You can complete the check without identifying yourself. If you choose to request follow-up, you may provide your name, email, and organisation. This is entirely optional and is not required to use the tool.
- Privacy. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing our team.
